Attending the 32nd Healthcare Contact Center Times

On-Call Hub visited beautiful Atlanta, Georgia this past week. We joined other professionals in the healthcare and telemedicine to collaborate on new ideas to address issues facing healthcare providers today.

Problems such as burnout and access to care effect healthcare more than ever before requiring practical solutions. Presenters laid out plans for tackling these, through process and technology both, to improve outcomes for patients and providers alike. Innovators in the telemedicine were showing off new solutions to today’s problems, using a blend of technology and skilled experts to provide excellent care.

We were excited to see emerging technology available to providers to alleviate the burdens on both patients and themselves. Using new tools, software is helping to bridge communication gap between provider and patient. Decision makers met with vendors and exhibitors, sampling the newest solutions available to them while seeing what’s just around the corner.
